Pre-Seizure Notifications
We have begun our pre-seizure notifications, so many of you may have received a letter from our office in the last week or so. They are regarding the tax bill that went out last July. Remember to contact our office if you have any questions about the letter. Be sure to pay your taxes prior to April 18th to avoid publication and posting costs of $200.00 being added to the bill. The auction will be held May 29th for those mobile homes with taxes still outstanding. We are really hoping all taxes will be paid by the auction date and that we will not have to auction any homes!
