Personal Property Affidavits
The reminder letter has been sent to business owners in Elko County from which we have not received their yearly personal property affidavit. As a matter of law, each business that operates in the state of Nevada must turn in a list of the personal property used by the business. Earlier this year, a list of what was declared last fiscal year was mailed to each business owner in the county, so that they could complete the attached affidavit and return it to us. The letter you will be receiving shortly is the 2nd notice asking for business owners to file. If you have any questions be sure to contact us and we'll do our best to answer them for you.
